Data we process

The app processes only the following data:

• Operator login email (verified by Supabase Auth; the password is not stored by the app and is managed by Supabase).
• Connected Instagram account data via Instagram Login: a 60-day long-lived Instagram access token stored encrypted, the Instagram account id and the username.
• Operator-produced content: drafts, captions (hooks) and generated images.
• Public competitor posts pulled for analysis.
• API keys the operator enters (for service connections).

Purpose of processing

Data is processed to produce, score, schedule and publish the operator's and their clients' own Instagram content. It is not used for any other purpose.

Meta Platform data

Data accessed via Meta / Instagram is used in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. This data is not sold and is not used for ad profiling.

Storage location and retention

Data is stored on a self-hosted server (VPS) and in a Supabase Postgres database. Data is retained until the operator deletes it or removes the relevant account or connection.

Right to deletion

You may request deletion of your data. For instructions, see the Data Deletion Instructions page.

Third-party processors

The service uses the following third-party processors:

• Meta / Instagram (account and content connection)
• Supabase (Postgres database and authentication)
• Google Gemini (content analysis and generation)
• Apify (retrieval of public competitor posts)
• Cloudflare (image generation)
